Yes, and it ruined the sound quality of the C5's...
I've used Comply foam tips for years with my old Klipsch S4's - they made an above average headphone amazing. In an attempt to get even more clarity and better comfort from the C5's, I ordered foam. Once installed, the fit felt great, but sound quality was completely destroyed - muddled highs/mids, no low register. Usually bass is a product of great fit, but no matter how I molded, moved, squished, or contorted, I couldn't get them to sound right so gave up and went back to the oem tips.

  • Yes, I have them from Comply, and in my opinion, these should have been included in the box. It takes these earbuds to the next level while increasing the comfort greatly. Anyone who purchased these earbuds owns them because they seek the best, so you owe it to yourself to add the Comply foam!

  • I love the sound of the C5's when you get the right fit into the ear canal. I've tried Comply premium and other tips. They seal well but I couldn't get a consistent and even fit in each ear so the base & mids were unbalanced between ears. Frustrating. The best balanced sound came from the std silicon plugs - the longer ones fitted to the earbuds in the box. The extra 3 various size sets don't go as deep into the ear and don't work for me.

I'd like to get another set of these in large but no idea where.
