Has anyone had the headphone replaced by warranty?

whats the usual wait time? im in australia and how do i get in touch to monster to have it replaced? just usual email or do they have a cust care department?
im replacing the monster solo headphones
are the monster beats studio better quality in terms of plastic?

    Hey I'm not sure what the usual wait time would be for headphone replacements in Australia, but Monster's customer support is pretty awesome and you can shoot them an email and they're pretty amazing at getting back to you within 24 hours or less, though because of the time and day difference I'm not so sure about that, but they are fast. I just ordered the studios and have done tons of research on them from what I've heard the studios are a lot better than the solos in terms of quality and durability. They head band doesn't snap like the solos but you still should be careful with them because there have been cases with the band cracking or losing screws but not completely breaking like the solos.
