Has anyone had problems (or praise) getting warranty support from Moshi for this adapter?

I understand leaving a low review if a product breaks, but all of them leave out if they tried to get warranty support. I get some things fail out of the box and apple return policy helps there. How is the Moshi support if you get one that fails within ornjust past the year warranty?
