You can use your iPhone or iPad to locate your PocketFinder device but unfortunately, at this time, you cannot use PocketFinder technology to locate your Apple product.

In order to locate a stolen iPad, you should just use the Find My iPhone function that Apple provides for free. It works with iPads too and you do not need a separate GPS device. You can turn that on in Settings/iCloud on the iPad. You can locate any Apple device tracked this way from the Find iPhone app.
