Does this work with the Iphone 3GS?

    Yes, I have a iPhone 3GS and it works well. I also purchased a micro-USB cell phone car charger that works well to charge the iPhone 3GS while the i-Trip is connected. I don't know if it makes a difference, but my wall plug micro-USB charger did not work with the i-Trip. Also be careful to get the micro-USB and not the mini-USB connector.

  • yeah, it works fine with 3G and 3Gs.

    But I cannot find a cable that will do the "pass through" charging.

    You will have at least a couple of hours from a full iphone battery
