Does this work with Garageband on iPad 2?

Does this cable work well to connect an electric guitar to GarageBand on iPad 2?

I read the response (to an other question) about dodgy connection on the iPad ... but I understand that referred to the original iPad1.

Any experience with GarageBand (or other apps) on iPad2?

    yes..it works!..i just bought one..plug into your guitar then..hELLYeah!
