Does this upgrade provide support for the Common Access Cards (CAC) used by the military. Currently having huge issues passing certificates.

The current OS the I use cannot pass certificates with the CAC card so I am not able to access any Military Websites that require CAC login. Have read and implemented everything that every blog has suggested with no avail. Hoping this upgrade provides this accessibility.
