Does this splitter work with the iPad so 2 people can watch a movie on iPad at same time?

    There must be some misunderstanding. I returned my splitter to the Apple store, they checked it out along with several others they had in packages and you CANNOT use this to watch movies with 2 people. They tested it with several ipads and different headsets and confirmed I was correct, it does not work for movies, only music. It has something to do with how the movies are split. I heard nothing but like background noises on one set of headphones and voices on the other set.

  • Yes. It works perfectly. No problem with two people watching a movie on iPad.

  • Any splitter that plugs into a standard headphone jack will split the sound into two headsets. So this should work, I use Belkin for almost all my headphone and similar needs.
