Does this keyboard come with any bundled software (M-Audio Keyrig or Ableton Lite)? And if so are Win versions of the bundled software supplied?

Does this keyboard come with any bundled software (M-Audio Keyrig or Ableton Lite)? And if so are Win versions of the bundled software supplied? Asking as I'm looking for a solution for my Macbook Pro (2008) that can also be used with my Sony VAIO Win7 laptop :-)

    The KeyStudio 49 does come with Ableton Lite as bundled software, and it is windows compatible.
    Though you may need to get a driver from the M-Audio website.
