Does this have to be worn directly on skin - if so how do people use it when running outside in the colder climate ?

  • It is worn directly on the skin - put your long sleeved clothes on top of it if you're feeling cold.

  • The RHYTHM does, in fact need to be worn directly on the skin. In a colder climate, it would be worn directly on the skin below your clothing. Due to the large button size it is typically easy to access the music controls...with the exception of REALLY heavy ski jackets and gloves.

  • It does have to be directly on your skin so you would probably need to pull your sleeve over it if you're in a colder climate. I don’t usually run into that problem since I'm in Florida ;-)
