Does the Numark Idj have a separate power supply or it is only powered from the iPad ?

    This is powered by the iPad there is not much of a drain on the battery though I am able to use this for several hours.

  • The Numark iDj Live Controller is powered ONLY through the iPad...

    Although it seems like a downer... I found no difference in battery loss... Maybe more towards touching the screen... But it's seems the same!

    I've used the idj for a period of 4 hours of continuous music, mixing... (external speakers) Totally using the unit to its full potential... I only lost 40% battery... Not bad! :)
