Does the headphones with the mic could work on Shazam application for ipod Touch??

Yes, it works great BUT you need a wifi connection for Shazaam to send the music tag in for analysis. However, one really cool thing about Shazaam is that you can still use it to record a small piece of the song that can be analyzed later once a wifi connection can be established.
