Does the Apple LED Cinema Display work with the current model MacBook Pro with the Retina display?

I have the current model of the MacBook Pro and would like to know the level of compatibility with the LED Cinema Display as it was released prior to the release of the new MacBook Pro. For example the mag safe connection and HDMI if there is one.

This is the setup that i currently have. There is no HDMI connector for the Apple Cinema Display, but the mini-display port works and the USB connection works (but hould need the MagSafe adaptor for the power connection.)

I purchased my ACD before thunderbolt came out. If you are looking at this display and already have a MacBook Pro with Retina Display, you may want to consider the Apple Thunderbolt Display.
