Does Office for Mac 2011 support Visual Basic?

Visual Basic was dropped in Office for Mac 2008. Was it restored in Office for Mac 2011 as promised?

Yes. Office for Mac 2011 comes with VBA 6.5, ported from Office for Windows. According to Macworld magazine this version of VBA will give Mac users all the latest VBA tools and be fully compatible with Office. So if you create macros on your Mac they "should work just fine" in Windows.
