Although Windows is not officially supported by the Keypad, it works quite well under Windows except for the "="-key which is not displayed. The "clear"-key functions as the numlock key. Once you pressed "clear" under Windows, the Keypad is locked. To unlock, press "clear" again. Other than that, the Keypad works fine with Windows from my perspective.

I've tried all I can think of and am unable to encourage Windows 7 within Parallels7 to recognize the LMP 10 key pad.
