Does it connect to vehicles 12 volt battery ?
I see two a harness with two cables on the pictures .
Does this device connects to the vehicles 12 volt battery ?

Yes it can. The primary difference between the PocketFinder and the PocketFinder Vehicle (other than the form factor) is that the Vehicle device is powered by your vehicle so you don't have to recharge it.
You can connect the device to your vehicle's battery or through your vehicle's fuse box (provided that the fuse to which the device is connected is "always on").
In order to maximize the GPS signal you want to have the GPS locator antenna facing up towards the sky. An installation instruction download is available from pocketfinder.com on the Vehicles page down at the bottom. It suggests installation locations and identifies which side of the device should face up.
The installation process is very simple and takes no more than 10 minutes on most vehicles.
