Does it bring a control???

Not really, the idea is you use your device to control it i.e. you use an ipod, ipad, iphone or itouch to skip tracks, lower volume etc. The same can be accomplished using a pc or other brand phone. The device IS the control, although the speaker does have its own volume control.
