    No. Only Nvidia cards support CUDA. For Mac, the only current (ie still in active production) CUDA card is the Nvidia Quadro FX4800. You can still get GTX285 cards knocking around and they are excellent, but arguably no better than the ATi5870. Some things are faster on one and others faster on the other. However, as the GTX285 is discontinued, it's probably wiser to go for the ATI, unless CUDA is critical to your workflow.
