Does an 802.11n connection to an Airport Extreme slow down if an 802.11b/g device joins the wireless network?

As mentioned in the Airport Express description, the wireless LAN will slow down from 802.11n speeds to 802.11b/g speeds if an 802.11b/g device connects to the Airport Express. The notes on the Airport Extreme make no mention of a slowdown. Was the information omitted or is the Airport Extreme able to support all modes without slowing down?

No, this AirPort Extreme Base Station, the MC340LL/A, includes MIMO technology which means the network will not slow down when a slower b/g device connects to it. This takes a more complicated antenna which the AirPort Express does not have the space for in its current configuration.
