    There is no native support for VST in Logic. However, you can use VSTs in Logic via. Plogue Bidule (loaded either as software instrument, effect, or via. Rewire in stand-alone mode).

  • From what I understand, there is an Audio Unit wrapper that can wrap around VSTs, though I have not tried it personally.

  • Yes, you can use VST's in Logic 9.

    However, VST's are commonly used on mac as AU's (Audio Units). Check your plugin whether it has an AU version.

  • No VST plugins do not work with logic. AU (audiounits) is the plugin format for logic
