LaCie 2big Thunderbolt Series RAID Hard Drive
Product No Longer Available
Can you use one of the thunderbolt ports on this to plug in a display-port display?
I have a MBP with only one thunderbolt port, currently used by my monitor (display-port monitor, not thunderbolt monitor). would i be able to plug the monitor into the thunderbolt port on the back of the enclosure and daisy chain?

Yes, with the drive connected to a Thunderbolt equipped computer, the other port is available to connect either a mDP equipped display or a Thunderbolt display.
If you have a display with a different video connector, you can convert the mDP/Thunderbolt port with one of Apple's adapters to VGA, DVI, or DisplayPort. For HDMI, you would need one of the 3rd party adapters available from the Apple Store.- Answered by Mike M from Beaverton
