Can you talk on a call through the speaker system when the iPhone is connected into the auxillary port?

    After reading the previous answer, that is does work, I purchased this cable for that very reason. Unfortunately it's not the case with my phone (3G). I am not able to answer my phone and hear through my speakers with this cable.

  • Yes, you will be able to hear the person thru your car speakers, and talk freely without having the phone on your hand.
