Can this be used as a speaker for talking on the phone?

The hands free speaker on the iPhone 4 is very substandard, none of the iphone speakers on the iphone work well for talking on the phone.
Does this allow you to use it for phone conversations?

    I was wondering the same and figured out that I could use this speaker for Internet calls such as Viber and Skype. But couldn't manage to get it for the regular GSM call.
