Can the USB port on the Airport Extreme or Express be used to turn a USB Printer into an AirPrint Printer?

    No, an AirPrint printer comes from the manufacturer that way (with AirPrint specifications). However, there are other printing apps besides AirPrint.

    As long as your computer / iPad has the appropriate printer driver, it should be able to print to the printer connected to the AE, or any printer on the network (including the Ethernet segments of the network.
