    No You need the lightning sd card connector. Just eke out the sd card from your camera and pop it into the cable. Easy peasy. The cable is £25. Steep but makes things easy.

  • Nope. You either need the SD to Lightning adapter from Apple to copy photos by plugging your sd card into it, or the Nikon WU-1a Wireless Mobile Adapter that will transfer photos to your iphone or ipad via wireless (and allow for some remote control capabilities as well)

  • no. you need the lightning USB or SD camera connection kit to transfer photos from any digital camera to the iPad.
