Can I use multiple Airports, connected thru Ethernet, to create a SINGLE wireless network?

I currently have three access points in my house (one being a TimeCapsule configured as bridge).
The problem is that I have three separate wifi networks and whenever reaching one's range my macbook doesn't automatically logon to the next (stronger signal) one.

I have ethernet cables all over the house. All connected to the same switch.

Is there a way of having Airports connected to this switch (over ethernet) and have them bridged to create a one large wireless network?

Yes, this is part of the Airport Setup process for every Time Capsule, Airport Extreme, or Airport Express: you can choose to have each device connect to your one switch via Ethernet and then send out a wireless signal all on the same wireless network.
