Can I create my own private storage if I am sharing time capsule with another person in the same house?

So If i was to buy time t/capsule can I:

- create my own individual private storage, password protected against over users of the storage facility?
-access my files away from home? (Without a me account?)
-the use of time machine is only viewable by me? and not other users using time machine with the same capsule?
