Yes, you can. The AirPort Extreme supports up to four USB devices connected through a powered USB hub (it has it's own power cable).

I have a USB hub connected to my Airport Extreme and it allows both my external HD and printer to work over the network simultaneously without any problems, so i'm assuming multiple printers would work just fine.

Yes you can connect multiple printers to a USB hub and then connect the hub to the USB port on the Airport Extreme. Keep in mind though if you want to connect a USB hard drive to the Airport Extreme you should use a USB 2.0 hub or the data throughput will be extremely slow. USB 1.1 only transfers data at 11mb but USB 2.0 transfers data at 480mb. If you are doing backup to the hard drive this will be a huge difference.

I just got the airport extreme today, it hooked up very easily on my windows pc, and is working great for my macbook, and hp laptop on the network.
I haven't tried it with a usb hub yet, but it states a couple times in the manual that you can connect one, and have multiple usb devices on your network. If you can find a download of the manual on this, or another website, you would be able to find the specific details mentioned, and it may help with other questions you have. Hope this helps!
