can i connect macbook air to Mac Pro for data transfer

I edited photos on my Macbook air and want to transfer them to my Mac Pro via a cable. How can I do this?

    If the Mac Pro does not have Thunderbolt, purchase an Apple Thunderbolt to Firewire Adapter.

  • Yes, but you would also need an Apple USB Ethernet Adapter as a Macbook Air doesn't have an ethernet port.
