    No. You will need to dial manually or use Voice Control, but otherwise it's handsfree.

  • Your minute plan provided by your cell provider will still be billed. Bluetooth just lets you use your phone without touching it (basically)... you still need to have a plan. Try Google Voice if you want free minutes.
