Can Apple Earphone with the little remote work with the new macbook? Thanks in advance.

Can the earphone mic work with the new Macbook?

    Yep. I just plugged 'em in to my MBP, called my house phone and left a message. Used Skype, btw. The quality of the phone message was excellent. I could NOT hang up the Skype call using the call-termination button on the remote, but i think that's logical.
