You will be able to run Windows with this card via BootCamp, but you'll need to be very cautious when you run Windows for the first time. If you have not already updated to the most current (as of this writing, 10.10) release of the ATI Catalyst Control Center w/ drivers, you will be locked into a single, possibly very odd looking resolution when Windows' desktop appears.
DO NOT switch resolutions until you have installed ATI's latest CCC software and rebooted the system or you will get a screen full of garbage which will render your video unusable until you reboot.
Once you have the drivers installed, enjoy your newfound vieo power.
Note: HDCP does in fact work from within Windows, so you can make use of blu-ray drives when booted into that OS.

I tested this on my 2009 Mac Pro and it worked fine after installing the ATI Catalyst drivers in Windows 7, 32 bit.

If you use two of the ports on the back of each one with converters to DVI monitors, you will not be able to use the third port. Either use mdp monitors for all or use adaptors to the VGA port on your monitors...
