Best location in the house for the bridge? How often do you have to charge the bridge, or change the batteries?

The bridge plugs in via ethernet to your router. There are no batteries, it plugs into your household circuit. I believe the bulbs themselves act as relays of the signal.

The Bridge needs mains power, so must be near a power socket. A central location for the bridge is ideal, but I have mine running the lights in the lounge from the kitchen with no issues. But it must be near your wireless router or connected to the internet via your home network through a wired connection.
