After I buy this product, do I have to buy Windows OS CD too?

Just a caution: You will need a PHYSICAL CD of Windows. You have to download Windows into Parallels, and Parallels won't let you do that without a physical CD. After 15 days, I'm still waiting on Microsoft to ship mine. Apple shipped Parallels right away. You will need a physical CD of Parallels also. All this was confirmed to me by an Apple rep.

yes the windows OS CD isn't include (its sold separably ) as said when you look in the compatibility (last line)(i added **** to it at the binning of the line and the end of it to highlight it

If you want to be able to run a windows virtual machine, then the answer is YES! But if you want to run Ubuntu, Chrome, or Android, then you do NOT! Because these are free systems, Parallels has them as options for virtual machines.
So If you want to run windows, then YES You WILL Need a windows operating intall disk
