Answer
I have the Klipsch X7i's which are similar to the X10i's and prefer the C5's. In a nutshell I find the low end performance of the C5's superior to that of the X7i's while the X7i's are more balanced overall. Don't get me wrong, the X7i's have bass and on songs with a good bass line you'll hear it but less so than with the C5's. I terms of fit, I prefer the C5's as they fit me better. The X7i's are much lighter than the B&W's and you'll forget they're in your ears but their flat cables do transmit more noise. Both offer good sound isolation once you get a proper fit. In the end, I wouldn't say the C5's are better than the X7i's, it just comes down to musical and personal preferences. I'm happy with both.
