Will this interface stop all of my audio from making a fuzzing sound when i record, and when i play the song?

The fuzzing sound could be coming from a number of places.
ONE is a solid audio interface. When you listen to you iTunes music through this, you'll hear things in so much more detail because of the awesome converters that are in this thing.
If you're already using an interface, you should contact their tech support to help you find where the fuzzing sound is coming from.
If you get a ONE I'm sure Apogee's Support Team will be more than glad to help you out.
Those guys are great and really knowledgeable.
