Yes, it definitely works with ProTools 9. ONE works with any Core Audio compliant DAW, which now includes PT9.

The Apogee ONE does work with the recently released Protools 9. This is the first version of Protools that does not need to be connected with a Digidesign device to run, which is great news for Apogee ONE owners.

ProTools LE Software only works with ProTools Hardware.
