does it harm the Apogee One to remain with 'power on' all day, or should one unplug the usb when not in use?

I do not see an "on-off" switch. The Apogee One shuts off only when its USB is unplugged, or when the computer is turned off. Is the unit going to have a lowered life span if left plugged in when not in use?

    I wouldn't worry about it too much.
    Unplug it if you're not using for long periods of time.
    Leave it if you're using it frequently.
