does it have a fan?
I need an inverter that has 12V input, and 240V output; enough for a peizzo igniter. I do not want the power draw of a fan running continuously. Will this unit satisfy these requirements?

Yes it does, however when this gets too hot, the fan starts in order to cool it down and the sound that the fan makes can get annoying.
