is there a Aux cable that will fit alongside the ipod nano charging connection at the same time in my car

As I drive a lot I would like to use the ipod nano through the car system without having to chage it separately between useage. The ear phone jack is very slim but all of the separtely bought ones are thicker and do not allow my car charge to be fittied at the same time
