I Just bought a 2.66GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon with one NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 512MB. Can both cards be installed or do I have to remove the first one?

Yes - you move the GT card to slot 2 (also a 16x slot) and put the GTX in the slot 1 (16x). I am running a similar configuration.

Is there a reason that you need to move the GT120 up a slot, can it be left in its existiing slot and then put the GTX 285 above it?
