Smilebox

Does Smilebox offer a wide range of solid background colors and can I order a copy of a printed scrapbook?

I love the ease of iphoto, but it only offers 6 or 7 solid background colors for use in scrapbooks. I am looking for something by Apple, compatible with IPhoto that has a much larger variety of solid color backgrounds and still allows me to order a photobook when complete.

  • Smilebox has Hundreds of templets to choose from. Basically it's to share your pictures in a a card format. It is possible to print the pages at home or burn to a DVD. They do not have a bound scrapbook you can order. I have used this program for over two years now and love it. I take lots of pictures andI send cards to everyone. Either by email or blogging on their Facebook. My husband and I work with a young single adult sunday school. I do a Smilebox birthday card for each of them. Within your account you can watch to see how many times your card has been viewed. You can do a free trial of Smilebox, just go to their website. However the free version sends the cards with ads. With the paid version, you can pick your own music and the card is full screen without ads. It is easy to get addicted to. This is a yearly subscription site. It is also possible to pay for single cards if you want the temporary benefits of a membership.
