Would I be able to use this to hang the Apple TV horizontally underneath a cabinet

I hjave an Apple TV in the kitchen on the worktop but would like to suspend it from the Kitchen cabinet above.

    No, the mount can only be used to fix the Apple TV vertically. It is kept from falling out by the power cord.
