Is this fully compatible with Office for PC and can PC Office files be opened and edited on it?

For the most part, I own a PC desktop and this MacBook Pro so I own OfficeMac 2008 and Microsoft Office 2007. You can open any word, excel or powerpoint program on your mac with no problems and edit them. You can also open most files created on OfficeMac on the PC equivalent but with a few exceptions because OfficeMac has a few extra features, but you can run compatibility report for that. Overall it was a good buy for me but I recommend you also get iWork if you need something like Microsoft Publisher because OfficeMac does not have it.
