Can you listen to the radio on the 5th generation ipod when in the docking system
In order for the radio to play you need to connect the earphones for reception. You can't put the ipod on the docking sysytem with the earphones attached.
Is there an adapter or something else to make it work?

This is unlikely im afraid however you could always try connecting the ipod using a 3.5mm jack into the back which might then act as a radio. I myself use the iPhone and an app called 'internet radio box' which cost 59p i think? That essential turns my Sounddock Portable into an internet radio then and is even better than the FM reception i get on my stand alone radio
