Volume adjustment

Can I change the speakers volume from the volume control in osx, or am I forced to use the physical dial on the speaker?

When I change the speakers volume from the hardware dial, does the volume changed indicator show up on my mac's screen?

  • There is a dial on the control pod the black rim that spins and allows you to adjust the volume.

  • You can adjust the volume from both the Mac and the control pod, but when you use the dial on the control pod, it does not show up on your Mac.
