If you have a brand new MacBook (Past month) or an aluminum one it will be great. If you have one older than late 2007 then it may not be able to handle it.

It should, as long as it meets the specs for the game. Look at the system requirements at the bottom of the description.

I installed this game on my macbook, which I purchased in mid 2008, and it works flawlessly. My macbook has a 2.4 core duo processor and 4 gb of RAM. Moreover, my system lacks a graphics card, but you should still check the minimum requirements just to be safe.
