    Yes all computer audio runs through these when plugged in

  • Yes, with better sound than built-in computer speakers. You'll still need to have a computer with a built-in or add-on mic, though (Mac minis and PowerMacs don't have built-in mics, unless you attach a display with one).

    Added bonus for Skype: these speakers have a headphone jack on the front which makes it easy to listen to a call in private, if needed.
