Can I also connect these speakers to a TV?
My TV only appears to have one pair of red and white output sockets but the speakers have two pairs for input?

Yes you can. The speaker system has 2 inputs, so use one RCA cable (red and white jacks, available separately to the speakers) from the back of your TV, to one of the 2 sets of inputs on the back.
