does this only work for US size cards? or Will it work with the card size in Asia?

Business Card Composer supports paper layouts from most popular manufacturers around the world. There are some Asia manufacturers including A-one.
There is also an easy way to add business card paper to the list, if the program doesn't have it. There is an option to send your paper layout to the developer for inclusion with the next update.- Answered by PS from OAK FOREST
